- 30 meal credits/month in any of our Dining Rooms served tableside
- Convenience of home delivery of meals
- Complimentary continental breakfast
- Maintenance of homes, inside and out
- Weekly housekeeping and linen service
- Utilities – Electricity (except for cottage units), cable TV, water, sewer, trash removal, and pest control for homes and community public spaces
- Transportation to nearby grocery stores, banks, shopping centers, doctors appointments, hospital, pharmacy, and churches; transportation on campus
- Valet parking at the Club
- Homeowners Insurance* on your residence (*owners are responsible for personal articles and liability)
- A “no tipping” policy to insure consistently good service

- A fenced and gated community with controlled access to villa buildings
- Round-the-clock security by staff
- Fire and smoke alarms in all residences and connected to a centralized monitoring panel
